I was never really a cookie baking kind of girl.
My mom has always been the baker, and I’ve been the taster. It’s been that way so long, that I can’t help but crave all your typical favorite goodies uncooked.
I’ll take batter over cake, dough over cookies. Any day. Just give me a spoon.
So when I discovered an a) vegan, b) virtually fat-free, and c) dare I say – healthy – chocolate chip cookie dough recipe, I had to give it a try immediately.
You should probably give it a try too – as soon as possible. And then proceed to eat it by the spoonful. I even took some to school yesterday, and I ate it with pure joy. I bet you can never guess what’s in it. And you’ll probably never go back to regular butter-filled cookie dough again.

Also! Totally made this for a baby shower yesterday and everybody loved it! I added additional oats and some shredded coconut to the mix and it came out SOOOOO good. Yumm.
you could also call these eco cookies, i suppose, since you don’t waste oven time baking them…i am with you! why bake what you can eat raw!
