Sometimes, the perfect treats are simple, fast and delicious. And if they are Dukan Diet friendly, and sugar and fat free, well who can complain!?
For the perfect frozen treat, simply take non-fat greek yogurt, and mix with sweetener and the flavoring of your choice. I used vanilla this time, but plan to try lemon, orange and almond in the future!
Use a pastry or plastic bag to pipe the yogurt mixture onto a parchment lined pan, and pop in the freezer until the yogurt dots are frozen all the way through, about 30 minutes. Just for fun, I also topped them with red sprinkles.
Once they are frozen, remove from the parchment and store in a freezer safe container so they are ready to grab when your sweet tooth calls!
Voila! I think we’ll all be ready for bathing suit season this year… don’t you?
