Have you heard of No Pudge! Fudge Brownie mix? Well it is to die for. With the addition of a little yogurt, this mix turns into gooey, rich brownies that contain the perfect combination of a crunchy baked topping and a fudge-like center – all while being fat free!
To make them even more incredible, this week I swapped the yogurt for coconut milk and added sugar-free chocolate chips on top. The result was so rich and creamy, I almost forgot how much healthier these are compared to other brownies.
