This post may just exist as an excuse for me to show off my beautiful seventy-cent etched glasses again.

I hope you don’t mind. They’re just so pretty!

And they make even the simplest of drinks extra delicious. Yes – I’m pretty sure that’s a scientific fact.

While I love whipping up all kinds of fancy cocktails, sometimes simple is best.

So here’s a classic recipe – with a twist – just for you! I know it may be #ChampangeWednesday, but of course I won’t mind if you whip up one of these instead!
{Lime} Tom Collins
- 2 oz. dry gin
- 2 oz. lime juice
- 1 tsp simple syrup
- soda water
- slice of lime
- ice {optional}
Combine and muddle gin, lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Top off with soda water to taste, and serve with a slice of lime. If your ingredients aren’t cold to start, make the drink over ice. Serve immediately.
Cheers loves!
