Photos by the brilliant Dustin Fenstermacher
I’m a bad blogger sometimes, I know. I’m especially bad at times when I should be taking photos of noteworthy outfits that I wore to noteworthy events, but then don’t. Case in point: the Independent Fashion Blogger Conference in NYC.
Luckily, the amazing photographer Dustin came to my rescue again (you may remember he took photos of the IFB Conference back in February too). So here is a glimpse at what I wore that day – just in case you missed my beaming mug in the IFB newsletter last week {!!!}.
It was an amazing day, but I must admit the highlight of it all was ending the conference drinking cold beers in a random bar with the hilarious, fantastic, amazing (I could go on and on) Amy of Parker Etc. and our lovely new friend Hua Jing Li. Joking about the day, rehashing things we’d learned, and resting our tired feet was exactly what the {fashion week} doctor ordered.
Fashion week events are F.U.N., but honestly they are nothing without the amazing people that you meet within their walls. Thank you to Dustin, Amy, Hua Jing, Anna-Sara, and everyone else who made the IFB Conference such a fabulous experience. You guys rock.

Oh wow, I loved your outfit at the event sweetie! Loving the metallic touches to the all black look. It really sounds like you had an awesome time! Too cool!

I’m so bad about that! Especially at parties.. I make heaps of amazing food and plan my outfit a week in advance.. and I take ZERO photos! At least we are living in the moment
