Styling a Little Black Dress

I have always {and always will be} a big fan of the Little Black Dress. It’s classic, flattering as heck, and can be dressed up or down any which way you please. Here I took this jersey LBD with a sweetheart neckline, added a wild {hehe} pair of heels, a metal belt, statement earrings, a sequin clutch and my favorite vintage brocade jacket. Voila!!  I was ready for an evening of holiday parties with my family.

I rarely wear patterned clothing, so when Donald J Pliner let me pick out their Tneal heels in Tiger print, I wasn’t sure just how I’d style them.  But paired with my classic favorites – an LBD and gold accessories – I was able to step out of my comfort zone and still feel absolutely fantastic.
