This season, I had the privilege of attending New York Fashion Week for the seventh (!) time. For me, it was a whirlwind of catching up with new and old friends, running around the city to a few shows and events, and absolutely freezing my bum off.
I survived the cold with the help of this vintage jacket (which sadly started to disintegrate as soon as I wore it—any tips on preserving it are welcomed!) and this wool plaid shirt I borrowed from my younger brother. He lives in the hills of Montana and has an enviable collection of vintage menswear. I’m so grateful he let me raid his closet over the holidays!

We had the first hint of spring today in NYC (which made losing an hour of sleep quite worthwhile in my opinion!). I couldn’t be more excited for warm weather—I honestly can’t wait to tuck all my boots, coats, scarves and tights away for six months. Good riddance!
Here’s hoping you’re warm, where ever you are!
